Our mission doesn't only apply to our products and company-wide decisions. It's also behind our effort to help people beyond their fitness-related goals. The Beachbody Foundation is constantly working with and funding the efforts of philanthropic entrepreneurs to serve those less fortunate and to reflect the core values we aspire to achieve.
In response to the effect of COVID-19 on HOV’s efforts, we have been gathering extra support. On Giving Tuesday Now, we kicked off a campaign to raise funds to cover at least one week of meals for individuals staying in HOV’s emergency shelters in San Fernando Valley. For every week of meals employees raise, Beachbody Foundation matches with two weeks. We have additionally allowed employees to volunteer their time during work hours. Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission is a non-profit organization caring for our more vulnerable communities by providing hot meals to the hungry, housing for the homeless, healing services for basic health needs, and assistance for people trying to get back on their feet.
