Big ideas have simple beginnings.

At Fracture, we believe that sharing stories with one another is an

essential part of being human. We exist to help you celebrate these

moments in your life.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN

We created Fracture to help you share your stories and memories.

It all started In Africa. Swaziland, to be exact. We were doing non-profit humanitarian work and would discuss their passions in their downtime – things like photography, entrepreneurship, and travel. We started thinking about what was wrong with the photo printing experiences we’d personally had and realized there was one common element: the frame. We thought, “what if we just… got rid of it?” And so, Fracture was born.

We also realized that home photo printing options were either high quality and expensive or cheap and flimsy. This represented an amazing opportunity to create an affordable, beautiful, and sustainable product that allows anyone to print photos on simple pieces of glass and easily hang them in their living spaces.

We came home, spent a handful of years figuring out roughly one million complicated things, and here we are. Fracture’s workshop and offices are based in Alachua Florida, printing thousands of your photos every week and shipping them around the world.

But the best thing? The knowledge that we’re working every day to help our customers create joy in their living spaces, share precious memories, and curate their unique experiences.

How things evolved

Fracture has grown exponentially, but our focus is the same as it was the day we started. As our product has evolved, we’ve learned from our experiences and are relentless in our pursuit of simple, beautiful photographic products for your home and living spaces. This guiding philosophy allows us to explore new products, dream up new ways to reduce waste in our commitment to running a sustainable business – and above all – make our customers happy.
