Meeting Our Customers’ Changing Needs

The way customers shop is constantly evolving — as our customers’ needs change, our business changes to meet them. We continue to roll out innovative and exciting offerings to better serve our customers, including:

Adding Dollar Tree Plus Items to Our Stores. We’ve added Dollar Tree Plus sections to over 1,000 of our stores which provide customers with even greater deals at the $3 and $5 price points. We will continue to expand the Plus assortment to even more stores in the coming years.

Expanding Product Offerings at DollarTree.com. We’re expanding our product offerings on DollarTree.com — including some Dollar Tree Plus items — where customers can buy items by the case, with many items also available in smaller quantities. Customers can ship their orders for free to their local store for pick up, or pay to ship orders directly to their home or business. We are also offering customers same-day local delivery from more than 7,800 store locations.

In addition to shopping online, customers can find ideas and inspiration using Dollar Tree products — from recipes and craft ideas to home décor DIYs, party tips, and more — on our Value Seekers Blog.

Expanding Our “Combo” Store Format. We’re expanding our “Combo” store format, bringing the best of Family Dollar and Dollar Tree together under one roof for a convenient shopping experience. We ended fiscal 2022 with approximately 810 Combo stores and plan to add hundreds more in the coming years.
