Discount School Supply had its beginning in a small retail store selling educational products. Founder Ron Elliott had creative ideas about how he could supply more products to respond to teacher‘s needs. The Discount School Supply catalog was born, the place where you can BUY WHERE TEACHERS BUY®.

The original focus was simple, offer the highest quality products at the lowest possible prices, supported by an extraordinary level of service.

Today, you‘ll find that focus has not changed.The Discount School Supply website offers the most comprehensive presentation of our products in addition to a wide variety of content resources for teachers and parents.

At Discount School Supply, good service is more than friendly voices on the telephone or helpful responses on our online chats. Good service also includes having items in stock when your order is placed and shipping those orders as quickly as possible. We are so confident in our service levels that we offer a One Invoice policy, we will not bill you for your order until every product that you ordered has shipped.

Order Status & Tracking

Waiting on a package? If your package was shipped via U.S. Priority Mail, no tracking number is available; however, the order status page will indicate the date your order shipped.

If your order was shipped via UPS, your Order Status page will include a UPS Tracking Number and link that can be used to check the delivery status on the UPS Web site at www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html. or by phone at 1-800-PICKUPS.

If you are concerned that it is taking too long to receive your package, contact our helpful Customer Support team. They will provide as much information as possible about the status of your package.

Returns & Exchanges

Discount School Supply is committed to delivering the highest quality products at the lowest prices. If you are not fully satisfied and wish to return a product for any reason contact our Customer Service department for assistance with a Return Authorization (R.A.) within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please note that different products have different requirements, so please take a moment to review our return policy so we may best serve your needs.

If your order is received with a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service department within 30 days so we may facilitate a full refund or replacement of the item(s) and issue an R.A. Returns without an R.A. will not be accepted.
