When you shop with us, we guarantee excellent quality and the best prices. Paper Mart offers a variety of shipping options designed to cater to your personal or business needs. To make sure your order arrives quickly and safely, we work with our shipping carriers to negotiate the best delivery options and prices for your order. For our local clientele and qualifying orders, we are happy to offer a fleet of Paper Mart trucks. For orders over 50lbs, there is a flat $21.95 delivery charge. Delivery is free for orders over $300 placed by 3:00PM PST.Our trucks deliver between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM PST depending on their daily route and traffic. For your convenience, orders are available for pick up at our Orange, CA facility. To have your order picked up at our facilities, submit your order before 5:00PM PST Monday through Friday and select from the available pick up times for the following business day. Your order will be pulled and waiting for you at your selected time. We understand the urgency of your order and are happy to work with you. For accurate and complete processing of your order, we require a minimum of 3 hours from the order time to pick up time.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations, you have 30 days from the time of receipt to return it in 100% salable condition. We will gladly refund the purchase price, exchange it for the same item, or credit the amount against the purchase of another item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. With Paper Mart, you won’t pay less, anywhere else. We’re committed to providing you an excellent experience, each time you shop with us. Each day, we compare the prices of our products to make sure you’re getting a great deal for a great price, without sacrificing quality.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU

If you find an identical product with a lower advertised price, let us know prior to your purchase or within 10 days after your purchase! We will be happy to consider any price match request. Once we’ve verified the product and found competing prices are in line with our Price Match Guarantee, we will honor the price match at our discretion. If the price match request is brought to our attention after the purchase, we will issue a store credit equal to the difference between our price and the competitor’s price for identical items and quantities. The price match guarantee is issued at our discretion. Paper Mart reserves the right to reject any price match that cannot be verified by proof in line with our guidelines, limitations, and exclusions. The Paper Mart shipping process begins before your order is placed. Upon checkout, you are able to select the shipping method that works best for you and your order. The shipping method selected as well as your order's total weight and dimensions, will determine your exact shipping freight charge. With this information, you are able to purchase with confidence.
