Everything we do is dedicated to making tall women look - and feel - fabulous.
RETURNS
Please ensure the items you’re returning are in a resalable condition and unworn with the tags attached, otherwise the return may not be accepted. Please complete the reason for your return on the returns slip provided and place it inside your parcel. Unfortunately, we do not offer online exchanges, please return your items and reorder online for a replacement.
Once we have received your order, a refund may take up to 21 days to complete. This includes 14 days for us to receive your return and process it, plus up to 7 days for the refund to go through the banking system. We hope you loved your Long Tall Sally purchase, however if you didn't we have an easy and convenient returns process.
