For the last 15 years, two friends, Barbara and Sharon, have been reinventing feminine style with an ideal wardrobe. More than just fashion, ba&sh is a state of mind, a unique vision for women who look beautiful and feel good. Diverse collections inspired by travel, music, Paris and women themselves. ba&sh embodies modern, feel-good femininity with Parisian style that has a certain je ne sais quoi. 2 women from Paris, 2 friends who dreamed of the ideal wardrobe. Something new: a brand which would offer all women the freedom to enjoy a beautifully feminine, French look with different and complementary styles. Fundamental.

They became entrepreneurs and threw themselves into the challenge with strength, spontaneity, sincerity and courage. They began working with talented teams and people, without whom nothing would have been possible. The “&” in the ba&sh logo illustrates this link perfectly. Between Barbara and Sharon and with Barbara and Sharon, there’s a real family feel; people are more than just colleagues. A lot more.

In 2015, the group L Catterton acquired a 50% stake in the brand. Pierre-Arnaud Grenade joined as the brand’s global CEO to support Barbara Boccara, Sharon Krief and Dan Arrouas: a decisive turning point, with the aim of achieving new, ambitious and global targets, furthering the brand’s international development with expected additional outlets to increase the brand’s points of sales by a third. This new development demonstrates the global focus of a brand which continues to appeal to an increasing number of women on all continents, including Asia, Europe and North America.
